CONFIDENT. COMPASSIONATE. RESILIENT. When Eleonora Salvagio saw a post about ARC, she became curious. Then she showed up. And after hearing the story, the mission and the reason behind what we're building, she made the decision to become part of it - proudly representing people who use mobility aids on our runway. Her response when we asked why she chose to participate? "How could I not?" For Eleonora, creativity and self-expression have always been deeply personal. Dance. Design. Fashion. Food. Laughter. Human connection. She has spent her life choosing authenticity over conformity. Not as a rebel… Okay, maybe sometimes. Okay, maybe most of the time. But underneath that humour is something incredibly important. Eleonora wants us to challenge the narrow definitions we've inherited about beauty, bodies, age and ability — and stop treating inclusion as something exceptional. She wants to see fashion-forward adaptive clothing and footwear that don't simply accommodate people, but allow them to express themselves, feel powerful and participate fully. Because mobility aids don't erase style. Disability doesn't erase beauty. And representation shouldn't require permission. On September 24, Eleonora isn't simply joining our runway. She's taking her place on it. And when we asked what "Believe in the Magic" means to her: "Choosing to walk through life with faith, unafraid, trusting the process and permitting the universe to reveal the magic." As for something we don't know about her? According to Eleonora: "A wise woman always likes to keep a little mystery." Eleonora, welcome to ARC. This is exactly why we're doing this.
